This paper presents a case study of decade-long technology-enabled teacher professional development (TPD) initiative for government-run school teachers in India. The TPD aimed at capacitating integrating project-based or constructivist learning with technology curriculum and pedagogy. Teachers are central to the teaching–learning processes, hence them leverage digital technologies confidently is essential improve quality education imparted learners. focuses on use innovative leading teachers. A decade divided into three phases providing an analytical framework evolving pedagogies across phases. Documents, resources tools used activities, researchers’ first-hand experiences documented research studies supported comparative analysis TPD. comparison highlighted leading-edge influencing changes delivery mode, support, pedagogy, scale, etc., also maps interrelationship between TPD, suggesting various features innovations such as continuous, practice-based, collaborative, scalable, shareable, transferable, adaptable.
